CLEVENGER BROTHERS GLASS WORKS

Pre-1966

A pair of freeblown glass miniature lily leaf pieces. These were made by the Clevenger Brothers between 1930 and 1966.  The green on is in excellent condition but, the blue ones tail has been broken.  The green one is 4" by 2 1/2" and the blue one is 3 1/2" by 2 1/4". Basically you are buying one and getting one free.

Called a decanter vase it is about 8" tall.  Nice pattern and is blue in color (photo is off color).  One lip is a little rough for about a 1/4"

This is a STYLE 1 CANTALOUPE PITCHER.  This is the only know style that is completely Clevenger's.  They made two styles of this piece.  Rarely is this one found.  The difference is in the neck, style 1 is much smaller in diameter than the style two.  In very good to excellent condition.  A nice golden amber color with air bubbles and a pot stone or two.  6" tall and 6" wide, nice high ear handle.  A little dirty but should clean out fine if you chose to do so.

Price $125.00

This a Stoddard Vase in azure blue.  These are nice pieces standing 7 3/4" tall and are 4 1/2" wide.  In very good condition.  It does have a few air bubbles and some pot stone in it, not unusual for this type and age glass.  It also has a sand pontil so may have been blown by August Hofbauer.

Price $25.00

A nice little creamer, it is 4" tall and 4" across.  Amethyst in color with a diamond pattern to it.  The pontil has a sandy feel to it so could have been blown by August Hofbauer.

Another nice  Clevenger glass "Stiegel Diamond bottle" in a green color, It stands 6" tall and is 4 5/8" across . This bottle has a very nice diamond pattern and displays very nicely when set in a window. Has a rough pontil on the bottom and is not marked leading me to believe it is a pre-1966 piece made by the original Clevenger's Brothers. In excellent condition.

A sunflower vase in a golden amber color.  Very nice detail, excellent condition.  6 1/2" tall and 5 " across.
